Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FacialRatio at facialratio.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FacialRatio measures facial proportions from a photo you provide. A face-landmark model runs in your web browser, places points on the face and calculates distances, ratios and angles from them. The free tools show selected results (overall score, symmetry, face shape, golden ratio, jawline). The paid Full Facial Analysis Report shows every measurement, the scores with their formulas, an annotated face map and written notes, and lets you download them as a PDF generated on your device.

Results are geometric descriptions of one photo compared with published reference values. They are not a judgement of a person, not a measure of attractiveness or worth, and not medical, psychological or cosmetic advice. Results depend on camera angle, distance, lighting and expression and can differ between photos of the same person.

2. Accounts and use

  • No account is needed. The Service is offered to adults aged 18 or over.
  • Only analyse photos of yourself, or of another adult who has agreed to it.
  • Your photo is processed in your browser and is never uploaded to us. You are responsible for photos you keep in your browser’s storage and for any report you download or share.

3. Pricing, billing and refunds

  • The free tools cost nothing.
  • The Full Facial Analysis Report is a one-time payment of $9.90 USD (plus any sales tax shown at checkout). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
  • Payment is processed by Waffo.com Limited, our online reseller and merchant of record, which also handles order-related inquiries and returns. Waffo’s buyer terms apply to the payment.
  • After payment you return to this site and the report unlocks in the browser you used. Keep your Waffo receipt email; it contains your order number.
  • Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Automated output and intellectual property

The measurements and scores are produced automatically by software (a landmark-detection model and published formulas). The Service does not generate, edit or alter images of you. You keep all rights to your photo. The report produced for you is yours to keep and use for personal purposes. The website, its text, design, code and formulas remain the property of FacialRatio and its licensors; you may not copy or resell them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • analyse photos of minors, or of any person without their consent;
  • use results to harass, shame, rank or discriminate against anyone;
  • use the Service to identify people or to compare one person’s face with another person’s;
  • attempt to bypass the payment, interfere with the site, or scrape it with automated tools;
  • use the Service in breach of any applicable law.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose, or that results are accurate for any given photo. Do not rely on the Service for medical, surgical, cosmetic or other important decisions — consult a qualified professional. If you notice a sudden change in your face, see a doctor.

To the extent permitted by law, FacialRatio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

7. Breach and termination

If you breach these Terms, for example by bypassing the payment or misusing the Service, we may refuse or end your access to the paid report without a refund, to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and remove all locally stored data with the “Clear my data” button on the report page.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply from that date and do not affect purchases already made.
