Refund Policy

The Full Facial Analysis Report is a one-time purchase of $9.90 USD. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

When you can get a refund

Within 14 days of purchase, we will refund you in full if:

• the report did not unlock or the PDF could not be generated on your device, and our support could not fix it;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or
• the report did not contain what is described on the report page.

Because the report is generated instantly and kept on your device, we do not normally refund purchases made in error after the report has been unlocked, but we review every request individually — just write to us.

How to request a refund

Email support@facialratio.com with your order number (shown in your Waffo receipt email). Please do not send your photo — we never need it. Refunds are issued by Waffo, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.
